The National Resource Center for Family-Centered Practice and Permanency Planning (NRCFCPPP) offers a wealth of resources on permanency planning for youth. Susan Dougherty, Information Specialist at the NRCFCPPP, compiled the following list of webpages:

Its centerpiece is a framework for practice, Permanence for Young People, which was developed by national experts at a meeting co-sponsored by the NRC and the Casey Center for Effective Child Welfare Practice.

In addition to resources and guides from both national and State sources, it includes links to State websites that serve youth constituencies and carry a wide range of youth perspectives in video, audio, and print formats.
