Now that the second round of the Child and Families Services Reviews (CFSRs) has wrapped up, strategies for improving child welfare systems emerging from the CFSRs are being posted on the Children's Bureau website. The list includes promising approaches both by State and by topic, ranging from an innovative foster parent recruitment program in Virginia to Ohio's School Success program.
